An underlying goal of Schwung is to organize a varied range of events. As experiences create friendships, practice makes perfect and a bit of culture never hurts in in an engineers life we ultimately organize three kinds of events:
Social events
We like to spend time with one another, but we like to keep things interesting so we host different kinds of events:
- Having a beer
- Bográcsozás (cooking Goulash)
- Hiking
- Skiing
- Board games
Professional events
Our goal is to provide self-improvement opportunities for our members. Hence, we invite professors and companies to get to know each other and build relationships for future collaboration.
Cultural events
As an ETH student the danger is always there that we get lost in the engineering world and we loose appreciation for the small things in life. For this reason we also aim to have cultural events every once in a while.
